 ALL IN STORE SALES ARE FINAL.

    •    All product orders are non-refundable 

    •    Emon J. Artistry is not responsible for any damaged, lost, stolen products.

    •    Disrupted packaging or products upon arrival to the customer is no fault of EMJ but the fault of the shipping carrier, therefore no refunds or exchanges will be allowed.

    •    Customer is responsible for providing correct shipping address and contact information. 

    •    Once products are shipped and noted “delivered” we are no longer reliable for any stolen or lost packages, please contact the delivery carrier directly for any questions and concerns. 

    •    EMJ WILL NOT OFFER REFUNDS NOR EXCHANGES FOR ANY STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGES. All sales are final

    •    Please allow 5-7 business days to process and ship your order.
